WHAT DATA WE MAY HOLD
Depending on how you have interacted with BfI, we may hold personal information such as your name, contact number, address, and program participation details (collected through our registration forms), as well as public engagement data from our Facebook Page and Instagram account (such as comments or messages, where applicable)
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to customer@biblesforindonesia.com with the subject line **”Data Deletion Request”**, including:
- Your full name as registered with us
- The contact number or email address used during registration
- A brief description of what data you would like deleted
We will verify your identity before processing any deletion request, to protect against fraudulent requests made on your behalf.
Once we verify your request, we will delete your personal information from our active systems within **30 days**, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations. We will confirm via email once the deletion is complete.
